Yes, it's summer again. You know, the time of the year that everyone looks forward to, and then, after two weeks, most people begin to hate.
Yes, I am one of those people. I kinda want school to start again. Already.
I LIKE school, y'know?

Anyway, enough complaining. I have free time now, as much as I don't like it. (Irony) So, time for me to go through all my messages and deviations! I shall be active on dA now! (Well, at least until the summer ends.)

Also, does anyone know of any good tutorials for Painter? This program looks intriguing, and I need a break from Maya.

I think this is the first time I've been on dA in, probably, 3 months...

We're finally getting into our thesis and I'm struggling through learning all about Hypershade.

School is getting me down, think I have some sort of grudge against school no matter where I'm going. Usually rush through school work to get to my own projects which seems bad to me

Yeah, I keep avoiding my real hw so that I can work on my character. My grades slip a little, but I think my main character is going to look a lot better then anyone who spent all their time following what the teachers assign.
...which, is a good trade to me.

Besides, companies don't really look to grades, they look to your portfolio. And if you're going for your own company, grades will matter even less, yeah?

No problem! His expression and trailing legs really made the picture for some reason. It captures the feel of the old cartoon. :D
